XAAR NITROX CORE/PRO/ELITE PRINTHEAD

The Xaar Nitrox combines the best of Xaar’s technologies to deliver outstanding uniformity, productivity and performance.

Printing up to 48kHz* and delivering speeds of up to 100m/min at 720 dpi print resolution, the Nitrox offers speed whilst maintaining perfect uniformity.

TF Technology and AcuChp allow for drop-in printhead alignment and instant priming so the printhead can be installed and working within minutes, meaning printhead replacement is fast and uptime maximized.

High Laydown Technology enables high build varnish for tactile embellishments, as well as ink and adhesive effects on ceramic tiles.

With the ability to handle a wide range of fluids up to 100cP, you’ll be able to print almost anything including higher molecular weight materials for 3D printing and advanced manufacturing.

The Nitrox is available in three different variants, Core, Pro and Elite.

Nitrox Core: For print applications using oil-based inks, such as ceramic tile decoration.

Nitrox Pro: For print applications with more demanding fluid requirements such as those for printing glass. Compatible with oil-based and solvent-based inks, glass frit and soluble salts. Also features enhanced drop-in alignment features to reduce setup time.

Nitrox Elite: For print applications such as display graphics and labels using UV, oil-based and solvent-based inks plus glass frit and soluble salts as well as enabling fine details and features for functional fluid applications such as PCB printing. Exceptional drop placement accuracy and print uniformity are ideal for high-quality imaging.

The Xaar Nitrox is fully backward compatible with printers already using the Xaar 1003.
